How MaxWave Grew
MaxWave grew by solving real customer applications, adding more laser processes, developing more technology in-house and building the manufacturing and support needed for overseas projects.
01
Starting With Real Applications
Our approach began with specific processing problems and practical laser applications.
02
Expanding Across Laser Processes
Customer demand expanded our range across welding, cleaning and marking.
03
Building More Capability In-House
We strengthened R&D, assembly, testing and quality control in-house.
04
Growing Globally
Overseas projects improved delivery, training and technical support worldwide.
05
MaxWave Today
Today, we combine engineering, manufacturing, verification and global support.
Inside MaxWave: Laser Machine Factory & Operations
See where we develop applications, build laser systems, manage spare parts and prepare equipment for international shipment.
Factory & Production
Components move through assembly, system integration and final machine setup here.
R&D & Application Lab
Customer samples, new applications and non-standard laser solutions are developed and tested here.
Testing & Quality
Finished machines are checked for key functions and actual processing performance before release.
Warehouse & Parts
Production components and after-sales spare parts are stored and managed for fast access.
What We Check Before Your Laser Machine Ships
Before release, we check the key parts, machine build, settings and actual processing results so the system is ready for its intended application.
01
Check the Parts Before Assembly
Before assembly, we check optical lenses for quality and performance and verify electrical components against the required specifications. These checks are completed before the parts move into the machine build.
02
Check the Machine During Assembly
As the machine is assembled, we check mechanical tolerances and the cooling system’s sealing, flow and temperature. We also verify wiring, laser-parameter settings, HMI functions and safety warnings before process testing.
03
Calibrate the Functions You Will Use
We calibrate the machine according to its actual function. For marking systems, this includes 9-point field correction and setting the rotary axis by pulses per revolution and reduction ratio before final processing tests.
04
Measure the Machine Before Release
We use laser power meters and oscilloscopes to check output power and stability. For continuous-running tests, data-acquisition systems and vibration sensors monitor the machine for 24 hours; on marking systems, CMM and calibration boards are used to check positioning accuracy.
